D8 body
 

what other bodies will fit on the D8? other then what is made for it

Check JConcepts or Proline's website for aftermarket type bodies for the D8.

thanks but im talking about a body that might fit form a different car. im converting mine to electric and im looking for a body that might have air vints in it or what i can cut to make air vents

I have an eXtreme Jammin X1 body on mine now. It fits OK. I had to hack up a few spots for the throttle servo linkage and a slot for the steering servo. Looks decent though.

I had it laying around...so I painted it and wedged it on there. It was like $12 on clearance from AMain a few months back. You can see the hole I made for the steering linkage. Throttle I cut out after this pic, but you can see where the paint was peeling. Other than those 2 areas, and one fuel tank mount...it fit pretty nice. As electric, you'd only have to worry about the steering servo though....

I am like 87% sure the Rc8 will fit. I want to put a punisher on my buggy but they do not make one. So i match a Rc8 one and seems to line up.

The hpi Vorza body would work and is D8 based. If you check the Vorza thread in the electric section there is a lot of info on other bodies.

+1 rc8 and d8 seem similar.

cus another body never fits 100% to another brand and it takes modification to make it fit

my point was 87 is a random number.
