Default What happened to Jammin?

I know they are still around but it seems like their popularity took a hit this year. Last year it seemed like everyone at our track was driving their truggy and now it seems like no one is. Why didnt the X2 crt take off like the X1 crt? I am not trying to bad mouth the company, i really like jammin I just wanted to know why no one seems to be driving them at the club level.

i ran a jammin x2 crt all this year ...great vehicle ...whenn they first came out it and the kyosho st-rr were the cream of the crop at the time ...with th eadvent of the losi t2.0 i mean its just a better design as well as the mugen ...main difference being the length and wheel base ...the first time i drove an 8t 2.0 i knew i was in trouble with the jammin ...every body forgets the x2 won the truck nats the year it came out ....ive moved on to buggy now and driving a losi ...

I know this thread is a little old, but it seems like it got worse. I recently found out some guys that were die hard Jammin fans are no longer running Jammin.

What the heck happened?

Does Jammin have any big time factory drivers anymore?

Matt Gosch still drives for Jammin along with Chad and does good with the Jammin car. I think Jay is having to much fun racing his real buggy and forgot about RC!

Not much stock left on this truck, different hubs so he can run 0 offset tires it looks like a Proline D8 bulldog body and if you see the truck in person your like "what is that" hahahaha

I don't remember where I heard it, but I heard that James is running Venom equipment. Not sure if it's true or not. Hopefully not - their stuff is terrible.

They've basically made a complete departure from the 1/8 scale scene. They're focused on SC now.

What's not stock on chads truck. Different body and some wheel extenders. Everyone is running aftermarket bodies.
