Is the track groomed nice? Does it have alot of clay dust or rocks? Does it have a water system or do they wet it down at all? Any grooves?

The best advise I can give you without knowing any of this is to go out there and look at what the fastest guy/guys are/is running.

I think he means something to treat the track with, like that stuff that keeps the dust down.

I think hes kidding about the diesel. You will probably go to prison if you do that in the states. They do it in thailand to keep the dust down. They don't obviously don't give a rats a** about the environment there.

I bet the ants love it. Then you got to spray for bugs. Calsium causes rust, big time. Just water it and pack it a lot. Plate tamp and vibe-roller and 12 pack and have at it.

Sugar works well though I haven't seen it used on a regular basis for a track.

Most of the times I have seen sugar used it has been for special events at a given track. I suspect that could be due to the cost to use it regularly. I haven't seen any ants or bugs around when used, but doesn't mean they aren't there.

Cal. Chloride does work, but seems to be real hard on the metal parts of the car or truck. though using that outside of the track area could be a good thing.

Water is about the easiest thing to use if people want to put the time in to do it right. Sweep, water, and roll goes a long way.
