Default Nitro engine rev's high

HI all
im new to all Nitro RC i have tuned the engine to factory settings was running well i then tuned alittle more which twicked it up nicley did about 6 runs going good , started it today it idled at 1st after i give it a rev it stayed high and reved more almost to peak so i shut it off,i checked servo return all good. looked in carbi and even with no throttle open it still reves high as in almost over reving i hav no idea whats causing this any advice would be great cheers Rusty1

NOTE it is a Axial 28 engine

Sounds like the LSN is to high. But really, you should read the tuning tread and try to get around some one that knows what they are doing. Take it to any track and be cool and someone will help.

can the LSN go out of adjustment by itself ?

weather my friend as in ambient temps can make the tune change
also is the motor new maybe the plug is bad
more then likely the lsn is lean but as stated above try reading the tuning bible it has some really useful tips that may help u and u will learn a lot for them

wen at idle does it sound more like a machine gun tin tin sound then its lean

it sounds normal at idle only when i rev it ,it then revs down only slightly then revs up hi if i rev again it gets higher but sounds like its about to peak ,if i brake as soon as i release brake its straight up high as in like full throtle

richen up the bottom,than try the top if that doesn't do it.

i dont know man it sounds like, its the glow plug i had the same problem and there was plenty of smoke coming out of the pipe . and when i put a new plug in it was fine ran good.
