EB4 S3 is great as a mid! Now days no more. ST1 truggy was fair in the day but NO! With saxtons best it might compete

I would stay away from this brand. I have heard a lot of people say things about this brand like: they are wimpy, not good parts support at local hobby shops, etc.

the thunder tiger truggy st-1 was imo the toughtest truggy out there, was a awsome truggy in its day 3 or 4 years ago. parts are at a minimal. i would stick to the current brands. AE, LOSI, MUGEN, .......ect. you will be glad you did

TT has been making parts for AE for years... and then they bought it RC8's are pretty much EB4-S4's and share some parts with S3's And the Phoenix electrics EB10 and ET10's are rebranded AE B3's...

Their servos (ACE RC) also are good value for money...

Don't diss TT - they've been in business for many many years, even if cars weren't their primary area of focus.

The RC8/B at least shares its differentials with the ST1, which was nice to know, since they were a lot cheaper than the Associated ones.
Dunno if that's still the case ...

I ran an st-1 last season and it ran and handled great. Once I had the setup down it would run right with the Losi's and the Associated's at the track. I never broke anything and the only wear on the truck was the clucth shoes. I did think the tt-28 motor was a little too fussy so I did swap it for an OS and after that it was all smooth sailing. I still have it as a back-up and pull it out for fun from time to time.

For parts I just went to thundertiger4u.com when I was ordering spares that I ended up not needing. They had everything in stock and they shipped fast.

Don't be afraid of this brand!!

The ST-1 was a tank unfortunately, new generation of trucks are better on the track

I owned and raced one, this was a good performer and very reliable

They make better Planes and Helis than Cars and Truck, but The EB4 is a nice starter buggy and you can still get parts.
