Liquid Wrench Dry Silicone Spray
 

Does anyone have any experience with this stuff? I have some Kalgard on order which will be my go to stuff but I picked up a can of this Liquid Wrench for a different and unrelated project. I thought it might have some good use? And I will make sure I keep it away from the brake pads!

Anyone?

You can spray PnS on your brakes anyway

I use it all the time in place of PnS. It's not Kalgard, but 2 cans for $5 it doesn't have to be. As far as how good it works, it's a whole lot better than WD40 but not quite as great as PnS. It does work good for shine after cleaning and holding dust off when sprayed before a race

... and safe for lexan bodies too. the walmart brand silicone spray is top notch for $2 and it will spray 10 cars and bodies before its empty.

How about removing the brakes before spraying? Why risk it?

i use it on my clutch bearing when i install them. It seems like it runs a little smoother to me
