Default Am I screwed? tmaxx wont go

ok so i was fine tunning my traxxas tmaxx 2.5 and just when i got it perfect i didnt see a HUGE rock but my truck ran into it dead center on the front.

Im guessing something got really messed up because it wouldnt move. i tried to put it in reverse then into drive but nothing happened even when i turned it off then tried still nothing.

it seemed to kinda twitch when i reved it.

is my tranny done for or do i have to pull it then rebuild it?
am i screwed?

Dude welcome to the world of rc's.Take it apart and see what's broke buy the parts you need and fix it.Sounds like somethings in a bind. You have to take it apart no way around it.

Sounds like you could have destroyed your front differential. However, you would have had t hit that rock pretty hard, and i'm sure the front bumper/skid would take alot of the force...unless it was already broken.

You're gonna have to get your hands dirty and figure it out. Don't fire it up again until you get things free'd up by hand. By running it you'll just put more stress on the parts and do even more damage. Try turning the wheels by hand and if they don't move follow them back to where the problem is. You can buy parts cheap on ebay expecially for the t-maxx.
