Default Nevermiss Starter Plates

Has anyone tried these? I'm not quite sure what you'd get from the picture. Any input would be appreciated.

Isn't there a different company that makes those starter box plates? I'm looking for one for my RC8. Oh does it matter what starter box you have in order to use the product?
