CarolinasRC Where Are You
I have a problem. I have a back order with carolinas RC that I have been trying to get a refund on. I have sent emails through their website and left messages on the phone. Now I just tried to look at their website and its GONE. These are the pages that I use to visit and they worked this morning but not now.
http://www.carolinasrc.com/ http://carolinasrc.com/Webstore/Scripts/default.asp WTF. I am out $400 and I am a team driver for them am I seriously missing something?? Does anyone have a way to contact them. I would hate to fie a paypal claim but IDK what other options I have. Anyone care to chime in with an answer to this situation. |
the entire store is GONE. read previous posts. I live like 50 miles from their shop, it is now closed!

Maybe its down for maintenance, or they are making some changes to the site. I doubt its shut down for good.

I filed a dispute thru paypal. jon has been contacting me promptly. i did ask him for an email for you guys so he can contact you. he said he is working on all backordered items this is his exact msg he gave me Doug, we have your backordered item coming in this week, and we will ship it by Friday.
