what exactly does higher k in diff fluid do compared to lower k
say running 1k and the difrence in switch to 2k or 3k

the higher it is the more possy it is. like one doesnt break free as easy. lighter in the rear will make it a little looser in the rear. i ran 3k because it worked everywhere and it wasnt loose but yet it would break loose if i needed it too.

do NOT get mugen clutch springs!!! i bought 6 sets and had all the set break a spring before all three quals were done!! kyosho ones are good.

im running the VP pro clutch now and its awesome, good springs and good shoes, i used to run the max life and loved them but i think im sticking with the VP pro set because of the price and how great the springs are.

http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...hoes-w-Springs

think i will get both and try the vp first

the springs are all different stiffness BTW, the black ones are 1.1s i know and dont know which one is which on the other two colors. you'll want 1.0s for the buggy. i run 1.1s in both buggy and truggy but its hard to drive that way, but thats what i like.

on my clutch run the 1.1 springs on the jammin car because its heavy. for setup i always used 5,7,3 in diffs 45f 35r with small shocks 40f 30r 1.4p with big bores blue front white rear on springs. the only thing i would upgrade would be of course the shocks but the other thing would be the center diff mount to the new one, it offsets the brake cams, works way better and never binds.

cant tell from the pics but if you have the metal brake disks you might want to replace them with the composite ones. they work better than the metal ones.

Also if you have the carbon fiber diff top plate then replacing it with the aluminum rtr one would work better since the holes where the bearings sit wont get wallered out and allows better braking response.

will do ,anything ealse keep it coming

i think the carbon fiber top plate is just fine IMO. but the front steering top plate needs to be replaced with a aluminum one or the king heads one. i broke two of those when i had a carbon fiber one.

EDIT: sorry just looked at your picture and you already have the kingheads one
