rc dyno.
Where can i find a rc dyno that can put a load on the motor and read out HP TQ and RPM? does anyone sell these?

You need to get in touch with Brian Kinney if you want an X-Dyno. He is the guy that makes the X-Dyno. I bought mine a few years back from him. 
I haven't spoke with Brian in awhile as i haven't needed anything for my dyno etc. I would give you his # but all i have is his personal Cell "which i don't think he would appreciate that i give out online" So IMO your best bet is to contact Derek from XRC. They have an X-Dyno as well and should be able to put you in contact with Brian.
