Hi all

I know this topic has been debated to death numerous times before, but without getting scientific about it, what is the best oils to use for a general set up for a person who doesnt want to get all pro racer about it for now.

Please state for front/centre/rear diffs and front/rear shocks.

I have a Hyper 8 if that makes any difference.
