Default need a rx for my buggy

Well I am building a new buggy and need a rx. I am using a dx3s tranny from my 2.0T rtr. The problem is this rx is on back order tell the end of june.

My local shop has a sr300 sport rx, Will the sport do ok for a race rx or should I wait for the 3001 pro to be in stock???

Thanks for the help

The SR3001 DSM 3-Channel Pro Series Receive is for use with the DSM Pro transmiter modules. A SR3000 or SR300 would work with the DX3S.

ya true but it will still work with the dx3s, I was wondering if the sr300 will be as good of a rx as the 3001 or 3000 for a race buggy.

Thanks
