Default NiMh receiver pack question

If I peaked my packs about 2 weeks ago and haven't used them and am racing this Saturday do I need to re-peak them? I know NiMh lose some from just sitting but not sure how much. I hate to re- peak them if it is unnecessary. Thanks.

My charger doesn't have a discharger so i'd have to just re-peak.

NiMh self discharge loses about 30% per month. You need to re-peak them.
