As with any big race, some luck has to be factored. Hara had a good race with great strategy, but there are many other top racers who could also win the championship. The top racers all can win on any given day, that's why while Hara may have a chance, so do many other racers as well.

I would say, Cav is the front runner as of right now. Tebo 2nd and drake 3rd. that is my opinion. Mostly because those 3 win everything.

It's Maifield's year!!!!!!

Hara. Seems like he's had the most track time there out of the big guns

My money is on HARA as mentioned before he has put in a lot of run time at that track. Ty Tessman could be a bolter as he is looking good at the mo especially at that track. They run OS which helps. But like was mentioned before there are several guys capable of winning including the US contingent e.g Drake, Maifield, Cavaleri, Tebo, Truhe, the list goes on.
On that note, will all the americans be making the trip seen as it is in a fairly unstable location this time round?

The track is very hard on cars just to finish is tough I would say any driver in the final as per the warm up with a mugen or xray

I like it......
Why don't you start a poll??
I'm picking Yannik (he's got the Losi figured out), Mayfield (retarded fast!), Truhe (something to prove = very hungry).
Hara, Tebo and Tye may have issues with a long main on that track. They will be amazing fast but durability will come into play.... just my 2 cents.
Cav has been on a very good year.
Drake
Kortz
Savoya
Jarome A.
Pavidis
There will be two guys in there that have never been there before. Home track that is very specialized and tricky usually leads to that kind of stuff.
Those are my picks.

I was there during the Pre-Worlds and all i can say is Hara and Ty are the frontrunners for the WC's. From what i saw, the rest are just not up there on this track. Most of the US drivers who have not regularly practiced on this track will be in for a hard time! You should just look at the conditions of a few factors over in Thailand, firstly the heat, the humidity and also the unforgiving track.
Lastly, the current turmoil over in Thailand is only limited to central Bangkok and will not effect the WC's in Pattaya.
Oh yeah, Hara has been based in Thailand for the past few years and has plenty of runtime on that track.

Ty Tessman all the way....he put in a fairly dominate performance at the pre-world race. He is definately in the running and is putting Canada on the map
