Default Break in??

On a new engine, after a few tanks, what do you typically adjust first? High or low speed needle? I have a 454 losi. That's in the 2.0 RTR And what other plugs will work. Thanks

on the bench at idle adjust low speed , when you start on the ground run in then adjust both . you only want engine slightly rich and if all else fails there is the break in bible up top
