Default Seized Carb......

This is the second time its happened. The carb barrel is seized and it wont side on the body, like its been welded shut.
I ripped the carb apart the first time and it seems like the barrel is caught on something at the mouth of the body, almost like the barrel is slight too large in diameter, I have to really force it in. I eventually got it to slide smoothly after polishing the carb body with a scotch pad dremel bit.
But it happened again this morning after a front end collision with a rock at low speed ( just like last time), the carb completely locked up, I am about to rip it apart again.

Any ideas? Its a LRP 28, Ill get some pictures.

Found the problem, there was a hairline crack on the body, it shattered when I tried to pull the barrel out.
New carb or can I still run like this?
Got a few old carbs laying around,
axial 28 and a AE 21 from a MGT.
any chance I can run them on the lrp?

heres your pic. i wouldnt run it anymore. just find the carb that has the same diameter neck as the old one and toss it in.

remember you will have to re tune the motor after this though.
