You never want to see the servo tray move at full throttle. That means that you have wayyyy too much travel. You want to be at no more than 90% of full travel on the carb. This is not necessarily 90% epa on your radio. Although you could let the carb open up completely, you want to avoid this from happeneing. You want to give the chassis room to flex without stressing the carb.

Remove your air filter. Turn on your radio and receiver. Look down the throat of the carb... and pull your throttle. Back off the endpoint until the throttle JUST opens all the way... beyond that is not needed, and can in fact stress the servo, the carb, etc. (Which is why you see the servo tray move.)
