Which Nitro engine?

I know this gets asked often.. but not every situation is the same...

I'm looking to get a new engine for my Losi 8ight... Just race at the club level and am looking to spend $200 -$250 at the most. Currently have a jp-3 pipe but may get another if the budget allows.

I had been looking at the Werks b5, but have also looked at the Go-tech gx-3r and gx-5r as well as the trinity extech .21 and the jammin jpx.21.

Mostly looking for a long lasting engine with decent run time. Not too concerned with tons of power.

Hope you guys can help me out.

Novarossi .21 3 port from Monty of houstonsenginemods with his mods that matter package. You'll still have cash left for a pipe and header combo and you'll have a engine built with quality components that will last.

Werks B5 and a Thunder Tiger 2035.

Of the motors you mentioned the Werks is the way to go, and I have run it before with a jp3 and its not bad, has a lot of rip with that pipe but great runtime.
Easier to tune than the other motors mentioned and better support as well, nice thing about the engine is if you have a question about it the werks thread is extremely active.
Can't say anything bad about Montys 3 port nova other than its limited edition so parts may be a problem but Monty is more knowlegable than anyone with the nova engines and he can answer that.

check out a radical at gotnitroonline.com they are $280 but will save you money in the long run being that they last around 12 gallons on average. They have insane power and have good runtime. Amazing engines i strongly suggest everyone to try these engines out if you have not, i love them most reliable engine ever..

These motors are good a lil harder to tune and break in you have to be patient with these motors but for the price you can not beat the power you can also get these motors with or without a pipe and header im doing about 20-30 min per tank with a fuel cell that is 125cc but you just have to have patientents with these motors and you will be amazed and satisfied with these motors.

The Ofna Force JL and the Jammin jpx are both good engines!!:tire: Either will work. Be prepared and have your heatgun ready! They have alot of pinch.:tire: And the jp3 is made for both.

I've heard a lot of good things about the Reedy motor as well. Well priced too.

Are you saying you get 20-30 minutes of run time per tank?
