PLZ HELP ME IDENTIFY
 

Bought this car ready to run out of the box. I couldnt get it to run properly again after my step dad messed with the low end needle, and kinda just put it away and forgot about it.

The Only significant markings that i have noticed is on the carb. "Colt"

It's about 7 years old or so, and im wondering if i can get some help figuring out what it is.
