I have an RC8t and an SC8 and both of which I have had issues with the end links stripping out on the swaybars what have others done to remedy this? I want to run the swaybars but also dont understand what the setscrews on the bulkhead are for how tight should they be?

I've had mine strip out too. You just have to use threadlock, and don't tighten it as hard. Another option is to use some other brand, but I haven't looked into that one.

As for the setscrews in the bulkheads, they should be set to just allow the sway-bar to rotate up and down without wobbling front-to-back. The sway bar should still be able to drop down under it's own weight.

only set screws on my t are in the center cvd's. i use some 5mm screws with 2mm hexes and no failures.
