Default Kyosho DRX, new to RC need some info

Good day fellas,

I'm new to RC and decided to go with the Kyosho DRX and a Futaba 2PL

it's my first car, so now that it's out of the box, i read the break-in bible and the tuning bible , great reads.

I just have one or two questions if any1 cares to answer.

1) what do you guys think of that vehicle, couldn't find much feedback on the vehicle ( i mainly like it due to size and price was good).

2) I'm trying to locate some body's that would be compatible with that car froma diff manufacturer or some third party body makers? on the Kyosho website there's only two models of this vehicle and my cousin got the 2nd model (Subaru Impreza, we each got one) and i would like a diff body. I think they might be coming out with the Mitsubishi model cause on their website under Maker, there's mitsubishi listed (crosses fingers cause I love Mitsubishi).

the car scale is 1/9 if it matters

3) Running on the manuals specs for break-in, and following the instructions in the break-in bible thread, would manufacturers specs be too rich for break-in usually?
Thanks for all the input fellas

Hi there, personally I think its a great car for these new times. We are having trouble finding good spots to race our touring cars so this car looks very promising. specially since it seems that can run on just about any surface, it has a higher ground clearance (notice the front bumper is also higher which would help with rocks and in jumps). There's some parking lots that don't have a smooth surface so this car would be perfect to run in them. I've checked somo youtube vids and looks like with proper tune the stock motor is more than enough for it.

Regarding the body, where did you look at the mitsubishi, any pictures?
Also , where did you get the car and for how much?

I and a few buddies are considering this one quite seriously...
Looks are good too, and even tough its nitro noticed that the body has no cuts
