Default Hand cramps during long main

Is there anything I can due to help alleviate this painfully fingertip numb sensation? Anyone found a solution or a suggestion?

I learned to fully relax my hands. You could come by and knock the transmitter out of my hands if I didnt see you coming. Can anybody tell me how to stop the nasty insect from chewing on my ear lobe just as I'm trying the pass the last guy for the lead at the end of the main.

Or maybe the radio you have isn't right for you.

I've never had numb finger or anything like that, but my feet can get tingly beyond 45mins.

stop spanking the monkey so much and you'll have more strength in your hand for racing

I had this issue.... was getting aggravated because just with a few minutes left in the mains my hands would be killing me.

I switched to a smaller lighter remote and so far so good. Went from a M11 to a DX3S.
