Needle Setting for Novarossi Top 21BF
 

Does anyone have the base settings for this engine?

Base Carburetor Settings: One turn out from flush on the top and 2.5 turns in from flush on the bottom. For breaking in the engines turn out ¼ turn from base settings top and bottom

The Idle screw of your carburetor is used to adjust the air flow when the throttle is in the closed position (minimum RPM idle speed).
It must be turned to obtain a throttle setting of approximately 0.6 mm open once the throttle valve is closed.
