Default offroad tire q's

hey there guys
i am fairly new to 1/8 offroading.i am in need of replacing my feet on my brushless mbx5t.looking on the various sites(amain, stormer etc) i see there are many types of tires.my question is,what does vtr,lpr mean? and the m1,m2,m3 means what? i am more of a basher than a racer so am after something fairly hard wearing as appossed to super grippy.any suggestions? any answers to my questions are greatly appreciated.

If only bashing, A main might have some premounts on clearance, just buy the most affordable ones, stay away from soft or m3 compounds as these will wear FAST maybe 90 minutes of run time, all rims are 17mm standard hubs.
