Default Tire foam question

I just picked up some new tires for my sct from proline and they have a blue foam insert and a small gray insert, My question is do I need to use the gray insert since im using the proline 0 ofset wheel from the protrac kit?

No you do not. Those are for Traxxas style wheels.
