we made our own and tested and marketed the product it works with giving you say 30 secs more run time and that depends on alot of factors outside temp and more .

Anyone who says 1 minute and beyond is living in lala land it's all bull .To get more that 1 miute you would need a cooler biggeer than the fuel tank ,fioroni tried it

Novarossi made the cooler to get max 30 secs more run time and made for on road engines were they were not getting the 5 minutes required.

hmm i remember a post like this a couple months ago and some of the pro drivers even chimmed in on it. basicly what the pro's were saying was that they work till they heat up then it actually starts screwing up you tune on your motor. if you think about it your putting a piece of metal in your line its gonna start out cool but after running for a while its gonna get warmer and warmer so the air going into you tank is gonna constintly keep getting warmer.. there for your tune that was so good in the begining of your 30-40 min main is gonna b jacked up by the end..

I run a RB cooler.. and have not noticed much more than 25 secs of runtime 30 MAX!.... Any more over 30 and people are either smoking something, or trying to sounds amazing.. but so many people have done tests and think the most I have heard it 40- at a tight squeeze. I run mine as far away from pipe/engine.. on my 808 behind the tank opposite side to the pipe. And mine after a 30 min run.. is still cool-Granted slightly warmer but not much.. but tbh.. unless your a pro and need that extra 30 seconds runtime.. there not crucial at all.. more of a bling thing.. tbh.. my view

I made a larger one than the Novarossi one.
Basically it is just a piece if 16mm round aluminium rod.
Put it in a lathe, cut some fins in it the width of the cutting tool, then drill a hole the same size as the fuel tubing line, then just put a thread in each end and put a nipple on each end.

I think mine was about half as long and a bit wider than the Novarossi version.

Same thing, didn't really notice and temp difference.
You really have to get the pipe away from the tank, as the heat from the pipe also warms up the tank/fuel.
Have also tired out all aluminium lines instead of the fuel tubing.
