problem is that the NEW discs are of a slightly smaller diameter than the stockers.................even though the product discription sez that they're for both the buggy and truggy i'm kinda wondering.......??

yes, they work for both buggy and truggy. its more cosistent, no fade, no maintenance. they are great. i dont see your issue?

i was thinking about get these disc brakes, do you have to loosen the brake screws since there smaller in diameter?
#4
so are these better than the heavy duty vented ones?
#6
ok do i have to get the 2.0 brake calipers? i notice the part, number is diffrent than the, 1.0 brake calipers? and im using the 1.0 center mounts also. so you just loosen, them a little intill they move free?
#7
There needs to be a .5mm clearance between the pads and rotors.
#8
the 2.0 pads are twice as thick and dont bend and allow fading, i have saw people use two 1.0 pads back to back for a toatal of four pads......yes lossen the screw until the diff turns free.........

That is the way they are made, both disc are the same size. It is not a problem, they work very well.

if you loosen where, the disc move freeley? i know i just followed the instrutions and set the, brake clearance there. i actually dont, use brake in air most of time by buggy, jumps level somewhat. on the ground i use them though. now i gone to run truggy so i might, have to use brake more in the air.

They will work on your 1.0 stuff. The 2.0 pads and center diff mount are actually better though. The pads are thicker, they don't flex.

i might get the 2.0 center mount and, brake pads and disc than so i guess i can still use, the 1.0 linkage too. than and the 1.0 radio tray?
