guys what does the standard 12 degree front c hubs compare to the alloy 10 degree c hubs in handling? does 10 degress turn better or does it make the buggy easier to drive?...

what do you guys think about the battery location? you guys like it better in the rear or front?

I tried mine in the front at first and I loved how well it jumped but my rear traction decreased.

now I tried it in the rear and my rear traction increased which I love now but now it tends to be nose high when I jump. i guess a little more brake input can correct.

i would like to put it back up front if there's something i can do that will compensate for my rear traction. maybe try those +2mm rear hubs?

run the battery in the rear. I run the 2mm hubs and I think alot of others do as well. Jumping nose high could be anything, So it only jumps nose high now that you but the battery in the rear? Check your ride height again since you moved weight to the rear. I run 27 or 28 in the front and 29 in the rear. Check your droop as well. Alot of us on the east coast run 105 126

Marc, it should not go nose high based off of moving the battery to the rear. I have felt the car to be better with the weight on the back of the car as it is in no need of steering. But you know, everyone has a different feel. In a sense what you are doing is making the front really responsive and aggressive. By design I am not sure your going to get the feel you want with the weight on the front. You can call me Tuesday afternoon and we could talk about some setups if you would like. email me at [email protected]

Default Almost ready to leave for the nationals!

After getting the car I put a lot of days on the chassis getting the feel and working on setups. I think I actually spent most of the days at the track working on it. Just a few more things and I am ready to pack..

See you guys at TA!

1st day out with the agama was very pleasing. I took tq for rd 2 but lost it by a few seconds in rd 3 and finished 4th in the a main. No broken parts and very fuel efficent. I think because it's light and spins so free. I didn't get to do a complete time run, they closed practice. But I clocked 8:58 on a tank when they called practice. It came in with over 1/4 of a tank. The fuel level was just above the pipe mount. It's an east 10 min pit and maybe with a .19 I think 1 pit in a 25 min race is very possible. So far great car IMO.

5-3-3 diffs, zero bushings front and rear, front shocks 35wt red springs, 1.3mm pistons, 32 1/2 rear 1.3mm pistons, blues springs. shocks inside on arm front and rear, lower hole rear tower, middle on hub, +2mm hubs front and rear. front hub inside hole middle tower. This setup is pretty good and should help keep the rear locked in. Oh yeah short ackerman with bump stops down and 105, 126 droop and 27 or 28 front ride height and 29 rear

That's pretty much what I started with. Good base setup. And the ride height and droop is very important.
