Questions?? revo 3.3 e conversion brake help

ok here is what i have revo 3.3 converted to brushless.
novak hv pro 5.5 system
light max 4c 5000mah lipo
spektrum dx3s and 3300t rx

would like to keep the two speed trans
i know that i could lock it in second and use the motor brake.
but i like the free roll and no reverse

tryed tying the original throtle and brake servo with the new system just dont work. it pulls two much power. and the built in bec thinks that the battery is low. so the lipo cut off shuts it down

would be nice if the dx3s would mix chanels on the throtle side

any ideas thanks
