if you look at the shot of the center diff. there is actually a bar you put between the brake levers that are different sizes that adjust home much brake you have front to rear. you want 50/50 brakes, your run the 50/50 bar. its really cool from what i have seen

that sounds good a bit easier to adjust the brake, but i would kind of suck though if you were racing and you have, to do that to change the brake bias.

Your right. It sits right next to the block. The hottest part of the engine!!!!!!! Servos already run warm to hot. This will be interesting.

This could probably be remedied with a bit of strategically-placed heat insulation tape... Assuming that the proximity to the engine turns out to be a problem at all.

I read somewhere, neobuggy maybe, that billy said heat is not an issue on the servo. But I would like to know about testing in hi temp climates, it hits 100º here in the summer and I would be concerned. Also if you use a servo with an alum case, wouldnt it absorb/retain some heat?

Keep in mind that Billy doesnt have much with him this weekend from what I understand. He is limited to what he can change setup wise....so dont get to crazy if he doesnt do that well.

Car looks very interesting. I will be picking on up to try when it available....

I was also told they were going to include some insulation tape in the kit for those that think their maybe a problem, but their testing reveled that the servo temp was the same compared to a losi throttle servo and that was in florida so i would not be worried about it! but being safe is a good thing!

I think there is plenty of room for insulated tape should engine heat be an issue with the servo.

And an estimated $500 street price? Hmmm... might have to get back into cars again.

Someone mentioned the build quality was excellent, was the car tight , or like some other cars out of the box, a big pile of slop? There is nothing worse than having 6 degrees of floating toe in/out on the rear hub of a new car.

Ive seen this car run and it has some serious cornering abilities. As far as parts quality I don't think you can break the car.

seems the brake system uses metal pistons
like the brakes on the SH Zcar / LRP

I notice there is space enough, so it's possible there will be
a plastic shield under the radioplate, next to the trottle servo

I havent had a chance to talk o billy but he is one of only (4) drivers at the CRCRC race to get into the 18 second lap range and he did so in every qualifier. but it does look like he had a rough lap or two in every qualifier. so it definitely has the pace needed to keep up with the big boys like tebo maifield and the others

results are up at liverc from quals
