Well i must say i ordered a BCE chassis in October and still dont have it i contacted BCE and got a reply and was told i would hear back from him when he got back into the office and found out where my order was. Still nothing and i have sent a few mails back just asking about where the order is.
If he has no stock ready to go, they shouldn't take your money in my books waiting this long for the product and now a new model is out (808) and might not even use the chassis now. I am a little disappointed with this order and company and im not the only one waiting this long others here in Australia are waiting for theirs as well and just as long, Why cant he have a note on the web saying may take a while as stocks are out.....
If i ever receive the chassis i defiantly wont be ordering another..... Or just an explanation to where my order is and whats happening with it would be good so at least you know whats happening.

Going on 2 months for me. Got the same "i would hear back from him when he got back into the office". Nothing.
Really a poor way to run a business.
All businesses will have problems, the way you can judge them is by how they take care of them.
I sure don't feel taken care of........

wait time (over a month) not a huge problem but was insured it would ship out before the x-mas shippment last piece of my puzzle when I emailed before the purchase money ready reply was the next day >> ill take care of you sent a couple of emails just to follow up since i never received got no answer ? simple response would be great!!

I just went ahead a put king headz extended engine mounts, m2c rear brace.
thinking about king headz alumium servo tray mounts as well.
already have aluminum shock towers.
so unless i get in a wreck at WOT, i am good.

I think it is just a Hit or miss with BCE. I purchased a RC8 chassis about a year ago and communication with Bill was right on and had my chassis within a week. (Superior quality chassis).
But there is no doubt that is not always the case with delivery of item within a week . I have seen on the BCE SPEED website http://www.bcespeed.com/ a INVENTORY link. I would think if BCE had a current live updated inventory of chassis in stock or eta of when it will back in stock, would be better for customer service, so before ordering and paying customers can decide if they want to wait a month or 2 for a chassis.

Hi Guys Happy new year to All. regarding the site we are going to be
making changes as to customer interaction and updated inventory's.
We also are bringing in a new CNC machine to help with production.
The last few Mos have really been crazy.Really not thinking it would go
that way with the economy being what it has been.
Also A BIG!! Thanks!! to all of you Racers/Customers, for supporting and helping
with our growth over the years. Hope all of you have a Great 010 year
and if things have been bad, they will get better for you.

Placed my order mid november. Sent an email asking for delivery status mid dicember, noreply. Received my chassis on the 30th. 45 days. Well worth the wait!. Man, what a chassis! I'll be doing bussiness with Bill again.

BCE Chassis
Well its almost been a month since the money has left my account, and now he is not communicating with me.
Here is the problem. I have been running my MBX6T all summer and the chassis is smoked. The rear has a few stress cracks, and this guy cant even communicate.
He would simply be out of business if he posted delivery times on his website. I know I would have just ordered a replacement Mugen chassis had I known this.
Ive heard great things from people running the BCE Chassis, but lets get real here.
If its not here or he doesnt communicate in the next week, I am reporting a fraudulant transaction through my bank. Yes, I am bent!
