Default Crappy LRP Service?

I'm just wondering what others experience is with LRP customer service is.

I sent in my TC Sphere for repair over three weeks ago for repair. Followed their directions for submitting an item for repair including my CC number....

No word what-so-ever. I called last week and left a call-back number and still no response...

I used tracking when I shipped it, so I know its in their hands....

Just wondering if this is typical for LRP?

I've had work done by Novak and they were pretty quick....

I would call Team Associated (LRP distributor) in the morning, 8:00 am Pacifice Time, and check the status. 1-949-544-7500 . They are always helpful.

Mine was back very fast to Canada. I've used them 2 times. Both faster than I ever expected. Less than a week on one. They air mailed it back with out me asking. I did send it UPS red label to them though.

They did my warranty service on my Vector motor I sent in really quick. I'd give them a call and ask them about it. Maybe they don't have a specific part they need to service your item or are backloged.
