Default Car Stand

I've seen a few carstands out there, but when I go to the track, I need something that doesn't take up alot of space.

I'm tired of working from my starter box. Any suggestions?

I use the hudy stands but they do take up space. The losi car stand folds up nice so maybe thats the one for you.

I have a couple of those stands also. I also use the Racer's Edge stand to keep my cars sitting off the suspension on the shelf. They are about $10.00 too.

If you real cheap, you can find a 4"x4" block of wood about 8" long and use that.

Been using this stand for maybe 10 yrs or so & aint been able to break it yet & the little tray underneath keeps my screws from getting lost.It also folds up & sits in a side pocket of my racers edge pit bag.

http://www.nitrohouse.com/catalog/pr...oducts_id=9040

I had to put 1/2" of rubber hose in the top & bottom sockets where the verticle pipe pipe goes to make it a truggy stand.

I bought one of the bearing equiped models a few years ago I guess what. The car spun every time I tried to put a wrench in a screw, almost like it had bearings in it or something, imagine that.

I was thinking about a losi stand if a shop has one when I'm there but, think I may miss the tray.Cheap to find out if it fits my needs or not.

i built one by taking three 2x4's cut just a little shorter than the chassis plates and i took one and nailed it onto another one, and i then i nailed the 3rd one to the middle one. then i took some 1/4 plywood and made some sides that were like 3 inches wide so they could run down the sides of the 2x4's a little. and it works awesome. gives you access to most of everything on the truck, wheels tires, tranny, shocks etc.. only thing you cant get to is the brakes, driveshafts etc.

i used to work in a lumberyard and on saturday's we could take the scrap chunks of plywood and crap home, and one day it was slow so i made myself an rc stand.

my savage is sitting on the downstairs coffee table with its shelf body on it doing a little baby flexing with the help of a coffee cup. haha.

The losi 8ight-t 2.0/ 8ight 2.0 folding car stand works really well and barely takes up any space

I found this one when I was searching over at OOple. Anyone have eperience with it?

Looks like it's height adjustable, folds flat, looks pretty heavy duty.

Haha, check out the name: THE CAR STAND I guess that's straightforward. :P

Anyone heard of OverdoseRacing ? It looks like they got something.
