Last week I did a 5 hour truggy endurance race. So before the race started we timmed a tank, and we were able to get 12:38. Using a Vspec, 30% Sidewinder.

Lots of variables here track size temp outside and most important the trigger finger. There was a guy on here swearing he could go 15 mins on 1 tank in a truggy with a vspec. After lots of trash talk he posted a video and he did get 13 or 14 but the track was small and tch and most ofthe time 1/4 throt was all you used the straight let you open it up fir about 1-2 secs on a large track no way he would get the same runtime. So lots of variables.

Definately a lot of variables are involved.

As stated in my earlier post. We took two different Alpha engines to three different tracks with A main lap times from;

ARC, track temp 72 deg, sunny 40% humidity with 28 sec lap times

Hemet, track temp 64 deg, night time 60% humidity with 34 second lap times

Nitro Pit, track temp 101+, sunny 20% humidity with 37 second lap times

and all made 10+ minute runs.

Again with 8mm restrictors, 30% Prime fuel and no shortage of EPA. Also I'd like to add that my fuel tanks are 2cc under limit as tested during tech at the Nitro Cross. The Truggy and Buggy that I am running are the more than heavy Tamiya's
