WHO MAKES THE BEST FUEL GUN

Used one this weekend and now i want one..ill take any input THANKS GUYS!!

I've been using the Proline gun for a couple of years.

I like it and haven't had any issues with it.

I had an Ofna, but the barrel cracked at the top where the handle was threaded in; which is what prompted the PL purchase.

as with anything , you get what you pay for :D

check out the novarossi one

pro-line one is pretty good also , i have seen some prototype ones with impeller/propeller systems inside that were unbelievably fast ;)

GMS_Racing 10-11-2009 02:29 PM

I dont even see it on there site

mblgjr 10-11-2009 02:45 PM

Maybe PL quit making it; I don't see it either.

The Novarossi would be an excellent choice as well.

If you search "proline fuel gun" on ebay; there's a few on there.

I have been using the Dynamite for a few weeks now. It dribbles a bit when you point the nozzle down but works well otherwise.

Proline stopped making their gun almost 2 years ago.

Heres one that works well and is really reasonable.

We are in the early stages of producing the fuel gun that I built for the worlds last year. We hope to have it out by February. It's current dump rate is twice as fast as anything out there right now.

Skinny from Xtreme RC took some shots of the prototype at the Gas Championships and should be in the next issue or so.

Losi gun is fine.

Ive been using the Losi gun for several months and it works very well. All I have to do is spray a little WD40 on the trigger and it works perfect, no leaking yet either. You cant beat that for under 50 bucks. The only thing that concerns me about the proline gun is that it might get caught inside the body of a truggy due to the part on the tip. The losi gun can yeild very impressive pit stops. I have completed a pit stop for a buddy of mine with the losi gun and when his car was in and out with such a quickness that the guy standing next to me was so amazed that he commented "Now thats what I call a pit stop!" In the right hands the fuel gun can be lethal.

Does the proline one vent into the bottle or outside it??

Zerodefect 10-11-2009 05:02 PM

I going to get one of these:

It has the 3-vents on the tip just like any 'pro' gun would.

It doesn't 'glug' and dumps just as fast as my RB one (like the guy posted below).
