Turbo?
#2
In RC turbo is nothing more than a gay marketing catch phrase. We don't have turbos.
We call glow plugs that have a beveled compression seal "turbo" plugs. standard plugs use a copper ring seal.
They offer slightly better performance, but are supposed to be slightly harder to tune. Usually I have an easier time tuneing engines with turbo plugs but thats probally a combination of things.
Sport level engines have flat cranks while "turbo" cranks on high end mills have a machined cut to allow better fuel flow.
All higher end engines have "turbo cranks" but not all have "turbo plugs".
