VP-Pro USA

pickle311 09-29-2010 01:07 PM

I picked up a set of VP-Pro Hex Drivers and I've been very impressed with them. They feel better than anything else I have in my tool bag at the moment. I was a bit of a skeptic at first, but now I'm a believer.

chrisbrown 09-30-2010 11:37 AM

+1 We are very pleased with the VP tools.

Tabushi 10-01-2010 08:36 AM

VP PRO USA already have available the VP base for tools ?

As factory driver, just received mine this week ... its amazing, very solid aluminum peace, not heavy and very stable to put on pit table :

jz i dont believe they are quite available in the states yet ...i did see that they were making there debut at the worlds ...but they sure look tasty and they will hopefully be making there way over here soon ...gene will prolly jump on and shed some light

infanterene 10-09-2010 07:43 AM

I'm sure they will kick ass. I can't wait to try them as a dualstage pin tire like this is missing from their lineup.

Machine's R/C H 10-11-2010 11:42 AM

As with all new parts released on Neobuggy, they will hit the states in 2-3 months.

We have a dual stage tire Rene - the Condor, but these 2 new ones will last much longer and perform totally different then anything else because of the belt. I've been begging for a set to test for the last 3 months. :)

The team drivers should have them at the Worlds. It is a high speed track with very high wear.

Machine's R/C H 10-11-2010 11:45 AM

Here is the actual 808 tire:

That looks like it will work really well. Similar to the Caliber, but the pins in the bar configuration in the mid look like forward traction for sure. If the price is cheaper than proline, this will replace my calibers for sure.

nascarracer 10-29-2010 07:38 AM

When your looking at tires on the site what does it mean when they say medium flex or ultra flex is that tire softness or insert?

That is the tire compound. Ultraflex is the softest and medium flex is one step harder. Ultra is like a super soft and medium is like a soft. They both have very good traction.

nascarracer 10-29-2010 08:04 AM

thanks that's what i thought

VPProUSA 10-29-2010 09:49 AM

Ultra Flexx Axman are back in stock.

The 808 & 809 are not available yet. Maybe early January in the USA.

On orders, UPS emails a tracking #, Priority mail usually does also. 1st class mail does not.

VP-Pro is also making new stronger&taller V2 size wheels that should be available soon so premounts will be back in stock in Jan as well. I'm told the mold they have been working on for the last 2 months is done.

VPProUSA 10-29-2010 09:51 AM

Congrats to Denver Houghton for TQ'ing 1/8 Expert Truggy at the 2010 RC Pro International Finals yesterday with VP-Pro UF Turbo Trax!

jwm2 10-29-2010 11:13 AM

When will more green wheel turbo trax premounts be available? Also have you thought about making green truggy wheels as well? Seems truggy wheels haven't been shown much love for any of the wheel manufacturers, it would be nice if there was a few options to choose from.

aussies1129 10-29-2010 09:18 PM

I AM ACTUALLY AFTER THE CLOSED WHEEL NUTS THERE BEEN OUT OF STOCK FOR A WHILE:confused:
