Wow I didn't realize so many people worried. I have always run a lipo 2 fell straight to my recievers

So I understand that it's safe to run 7.4 from my hobbywing esc to the 7955, but should I run 7.4 instead of 6? What is the added benefit?
edit: Sorry I just saw this was the nitro forum. But I think the question still applies.

Look at the spec sheet for any servo - marginal increase in torque and speed at higher voltage.
