whats the difference between gas and nitro rc trucks? what better?

Size of car & motor. I never seen a 1/8 run on gas & never seen a true 1/5 scale run on nitro. I have however seen a honda spree run on nitro for about a mile really fast.

gas is a loose term most people use to refer to nitro
there are only a hand full that take actual gasoline, like the HPI Bajas
