Default sleeve pinchers

trying to learn abit about them. looking at one on ebay, just curious. do they work well, how long does the pinch last ect ect... ?

if its the "ring style" pinching tool then no they really dont work that great and its super easy to ruin the sleeve and get it outa round...if you very interested in doing this and doing it right check out rayaracing.com..he sells a press type sleeve resizing tool that works awesome but its like $400 bucks...which in reality isnt a bad deal...thats about 2 sets of new piston and sleeve sets....

Just make sure the piston is in good usable condition and so are the rod, bearings and carb..check the engine over really well and make sure it isnt totaly worn out and just really in need of replacement

were talking a couple thousands of a inch so it has to be correct. I know of the tool you saw on ebay. I wouldn't put that clamp on my sleeve.

More like ten thousandths of an inch. Stay away fom the tools on ebay.

I only charge $15.00 each you would have to send me alot of sleeves to add up to $400.00
