I have an 8ight 1.0 coming Thur and from what I have seen you need to raise the servos up some. So which one of these would be better?

The 8ight 2.0 radio tray or this,

I think either would work but is one better than the other?

Also so I don't have to make a new thread for it. What would be a good battery pack for a spektrum dx2.0 or a 3.0?

i would just get the king headz alumium radio tray stiffer i use that on my 1.0 and it works good it takes pretty much all the flex out inless u have to much throttle epa etc then it will flex, the carbon radio tray will work to but if u have a bare wire all the sunnden and it toches that gitch city baby

The losi radio tray is designed to flex. I know alot of people who do not even run a screw in the hole below the battery for the added flex. If the losi is one of the recent 1.0 rtr it may come with the 2.0 radio tray. If not put the 2.0 tray on it.

How would you be able to tell if it was a newer one? Will the tray say something on it or something else?

you want the new tray......the 2.0 tray will encase the whole throttle servo...the 1.0 tray has 1 side of the throttle servo open......as for the "losi tray is meant to flex" removing the screw was a temporary band aid for some driver's and their servo problem's.....personally ive screwed down my trays since day one and have Never had a throttle servo let go on me.
