Losi 8ight T 2.0 or Mugen MBX6T
I need some advice on which to buy. I feel like a pinball in a pinball machine. Losi, Mugen, Losi, Mugen, Losi, Mugen, Losi, Mugen aaaaaahhhhhgggggggggggg .
Now this may be asking a bit much.... But can you guys tell me the pros & cons you've found with your rides please?

One uses a kingpin front end and the other uses pivotball.

both great trucks! i just prefer mugen. i think its just abit more forgiving. thats what made me buy it. alot of the losi guys are switching because they say the mugen just feels and drives better. some people say they copied losi. i dont see how. how can a company manufacture something in 5 months? anyway. just go with what you feel that you want. no one can tell you what you want and your going to buy what you feel is right for you. just wait it out. thats what i did. you will soon decide. also the mugen is way cheaper. and not prebuilt. just two pros right there.

I ran a losi 1 when they 1st came out and kept breaking and was just to nervous to me. Sold it bought a 5t great truck ran it for a season then sold it.Got a good deal on a losi 2, it was better than the 1st but still not as durable so it went so I went back to mugen with a 6t. I think for an average club driver like me the 6t is great and right now there are some good deals on them. Mine is on gallon #3 and and looks new

We all run losi's for the past 2 years. It is a great car I am thinking of trying a 6t to see what it feels like. We like the losi but I am willing to try something else. Losi parts are a little easier to get and cheaper than mugen but what the heck.To this day I still run losi and it is a great machine

If you Find alot of time read the entire(at least the last 30 or so pages) 8T 2.0 and MBX6-T threads on here, It was a very good read and really helped with my decision.
If it helps my mugen has taken alot of abuse in its 8 or so litres of practice and a full day of racing, Only failure was the pin working its way out of the hub but I've solved that problem with heat shrink.
I'm also running Much faster laps than I was with my LRP S8TX and the track is about 30 meters longer than it was back then...

Right now, the Mugen IMO is better in the long run, plus they are on sale right now from what I have seen lately. The Losi is a good truck and is fast, but I know guys with them and they are breaking stuff here and there that I haven't seen yet on the Mugen. Buddy of mine blew out his rear end on his 2.0 just this weekend and it was all new parts installed the day before.

Both are awesome trucks and you probably wont make a mistake with either one you go with. What should be your deciding factor is what truck is easier to get parts for you. I have a Losi and love it. In my area Mugen almost doesn't exist, so because of that I went with Losi so I don't have to order parts online every time.
