Default 8 2.0 engine mounts compatible w/ 8 1.0??

Will the 8ight 2.0 rtr engine mounts fit the 1.0 to allow for a starter box?? In other words are they the same as the 1.0 pro kit mounts????

Yes, the engine mounts on 8ight 2.0 RTR and 8ight-T 2.0 RTR are the same as on the first generation Race Rollers. You can take a look at the schematics here:
