Default 21-7 FMS what pipes to use for buggy

My friend is getting one and looking to instal lit in an Odonell buggy. what pipe header combos wk for power and for mileage?

track is big and has a 190' straight away and some nice jumps.

looking for a pipe and header combo for that track and one track that is medium in size just in case.. Thanks i did read the posts for it and there is just toomany people saying all kinds of stuff looking for people that have the engine for awhile to chime in.
