If you're engine is in good shape you might do well to revisit your tune. Usually if a front bearing is leaking a lot the LSN is way too rich. V-specs can still run pretty well set like this. An engine is a pump and if tuned right, all the fuel and oil gets consumed, if it's leaking out the front bearing then there's a lot of excess in the crankcase, bad bearing seal or not. Like Wing said, brand new seals are not water/oil tight, excess oil will find it's way out.
