When someone says they have "repinched" an engine - what do they mean?

I understand pinch to be the friction between the sleeve and piston at TDC on a new engine.

So does repinching it mean that the sleeve or piston or both have been replaced?

Thanks.

When something gets pinched they use a tool to make it tighter at TDC. Terrible explanation but it's short and i donm't know that much. Someone else will tell u a descriptive one lol. GO TEAM TERRIBLES
