What is this.....

The description from amain (where I got the picture says):

(1) Base Mount
(1) Set of top blocks
(8) 5-40 x 1/2" Alloy Allen Head Cap Screws
(4) M3 lock washers (used with screws that hold the top blocks to base)

It mentions nothing of the piece I circled. Thanks.

Well I finally went to install the mount and now I know what you mean. I bought the mount used and the piece did not come with it. Do you happen to know the part # and/or where or not I can buy it used?

Thanks.

Call up Jim at Kingheads and he will take care of you....I Think they might have it listed as a single item on their site but not too sure.

then your tank would not be supported on 1 end...or you cut or modified the stock post to make it work...its not possible to run That particular mount without that piece....you must have bought the non extended version.
