nitro rcs at high elevation

im going on vacation and i want to bring my nitro truck. but this vacation takes place in the rockys of new mexico. is it ok to bring it. I know it will need tuned but is it like impossible to tune?

From colorado - not impossible to tune and RC is BIG here
