I just got it, threw my buggy on it Saturday, set it up exact, and raced on Sunday(yesterday). Buggy was wayyyyyyy better, I bumped into the A-main. It was nuts. I dropped 3-5 seconds on lap times and it felt easy.

The setup station is definitely worth it. It is tricky at first to get toe and camber where you want them, as each adjustment to toe will change camber, and each camber adjustment will change toe.
